COURSE OUTLINE

This course will focus on the main core elements of entrepreneurship and is designed to be simplified for maximum learning. It will cover the following five stages of entrepreneurship:

• Choose your venture: Every new venture starts with an idea.
• Opportunity Breakdown: Evaluate if the idea is worth investing in.
• Planning: Develop a strategy to capitalize on the opportunity. The idea will evolve and become more complex as the business takes shape.
• Company Formation/Launch: Select the appropriate corporate structure such as LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp, or Sole Proprietorship.
• Company Growth Execution: Focus on marketing strategies, brand building, and executing plans to grow the business.
